PIÑA COLADA
If holidays were a cocktail, it would be a Piña Colada.
A glass of Caribbean, ready to be shared for a toast in honour of good times.
INGREDIENTS
2 OUNCES | Of our Kingston 62 White Rum |
1 ½ OUNCE | Of pineapple juice |
1 ½ OUNCE | Of coconut cream |
A pineapple wedge for garnish |
RECIPE
1 | Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. |
2 | Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like. |
